Vernal Equinox (aka St. Patrick's) Day Party

It is time to welcome the dralas of spring which we will do by a celebration of the Vernal Equinox (also St. Patrick's Day) on Saturday, March 17, at 6:30 p.m. at the Center. The color is green. Decorations of Shamrocks, Leprecauns, fairies and other wee people will help us remember the Irish. Costumes would liven up the party. Libations of Green Beer will flow and merriment will ensue. Non-alcoholic punch will be available for those that do not indulge. If your drink is other than beer feel free to bring it.

We will feast on Corned Beef, Cabbage, and Potatoes and other Irish Foods if you bring them. It is pot luck and if you do not like these bring whatever suits you. Todd Russell is coordinating the food.

We will begin the Festivities with a Lhasang. It is after all a practice day. If you have ideas for activities other than eating, drinking, and good fellowship let me know at pmcwhorter@satx.rr.com
