Teachers: David Gordon and Jeremy Fields
Cost: $40 for the series (March 7, 14, 21, 28)
This introduction to the Buddhist wheel of life will help us understand how confusion about ourselves and the phenomenal world arises and perpetuates itself. Also, we'll explore how this painful cycle of confused actions (karma) can be broken, allowing awake wisdom to manifest.
The series of 4 consecutive Wednesday night classes is available to everyone interested in how they got here and where they're going. No prerequisites. The format will be short talks followed by group discussions. Some outside reading will be required between classes. An anthology of readings will be provided at registration on the first night.
