The
next Turning The Mind Into An Ally class will be held
at the Shambhala Meditation Center on
Saturday,
April 21 from 10:00am to 3:00pm. This will be a short
day of meditation instruction, practice and
discussion. The format gives us a chance to deepen
our connection with practice, with the teachings of
Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche and with ourselves. The fee
is $40, yet you should not keep yourself away if this
is too high for you. We will have the chance to go to
lunch together and then finish up in time to have
some of the day left for ourselves! For those of you
who have taken this class before, you are welcome to
join us. There is a 75% discount for returning
participants.
